How long does shipping take for nursery furniture?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. Large furniture items like dressers and cribs are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do I need to buy a separate mattress for my crib?
Yes, our cribs do not include a mattress. We recommend pairing your crib with a standard-size Babyletto mattress for a perfect, safe fit that meets all safety regulations.
Do you offer assembly services?
While our products are designed for easy DIY assembly with clear instructions, we do offer White Glove Delivery and assembly services in select zip codes for an additional fee.
